If you paid for Paxil®, or a generic paroxetine, you could get a payment from a $65 million class action settlement.
The settlement has been approved in the class action lawsuit against GlaxoSmithKline on behalf of consumers, insurers and Employee Welfare Benefit Plans, including some governments, (“third party payors”) who paid for the prescription drug, Paxil® or its generic equivalent, paroxetine.
The Settlement Administrator is now finishing its work and hopes to be in a position to distribute the Settlement Funds either late this year or early in 2007.
Please be aware that the deadlines to file a claim, objection or exclusion as noted in the notices at this site have all passed.
